Generally:

This Server is for private, non-commercial use Only!

In principle, we assume that every user of our Server has read and understood our Server Rules. If you may have not Understand the Rules, or a part of it, please contact to an Admin. Furthermore, every user who connects to our Server, automatically accepts our Server Rules. If you don't understand the rules, or part of them, please contact an Admin directly. If you do not accept our Server Rules, or any part of them, you are not allowed to join our Server or you are required to leave our Server immediately without being asked by our Admins! Anyone who violates this must expect a Permanent Ban and, if necessary, will be report to Discord Inc.

The highest possible rank on this Discord Server are the members of the Server Role: Director of Administration (AD). The Owner and Leader of the Community Group is the: Owner/Leader Sven.

Admins:
An Admin is there to maintain law and order as well Appropriate behavior on the Server.
If an Admin Abused his rights, he can lost his rights at any time!
Generally applies: The instructions of the Admins is to follow. An Admin is always right, unless the contrary is proved ! That means: An Admin has the right to punish a user at any Time, and any metters in context with our Server Rules. The amount of the penalty is at the discretion of the Admins! If you are the opinion that the Admin has punished you unjustly, prove it!
Ban-Appeals or Complaints about Admins are only to be submit via E-Mail Support-Ticket on our Website!

VIPs:

In the VIP Channel are the Server Rules valid!

VIP Channel, as well an Optionally VIP Voice-Channel can exclusively order only by members of the server role: "VIP"!
Each Person who having the Role of "Member" can be an VIP. Anyone who has interest, to be an VIP (With lots of extra permissions) is invited to participate with a small donation for our Community Group. 
After your donation is completed, you will get the role of "VIP".

Methods of payment: With specification your Nick-Name via donation-link on our Website over our Donation-Partner Tipeeestream.
Important! The award of the VIP role is to be understood only as a thank you for the donation.
Attention! In case of an violation of our Server Rules, in whole, or a part of them, the user can lose the role of "VIP" as well his VIP channel at any time, and can be taken away without any Warnings before!

Age verification:

So that we can check your age, we need a valid ID document. Age verification can only be carried out via Google-Form on our Website. The following ID documents are permitted: ID card, travel-passport, driving license, or birth certificate.

Attention: Server roles are generally allocated to each user only once! If the account get lost, also the user role gets lost !

Server-role-allocate:

Important! All roles on the server can only be assigned by the Owner/Leader or Co-Leader.

As soon as your preliminary age check or the age verification was successful, the Owner/Leader or Co-Leader will assign you the role: "Member" on request. If you are online above average, you can also ask for the role: "Stammi/Habitue". The corresponding request can be made in the support area on the server.

Youtube/Twitch Role:

In order to get the Youtube or Twitch Role on our Server with which you can stream Videos or Screens with us, we have to check in advance that your Youtube or Twitch-Channel is not used for Commercial purposes, and contains no insults, discrimination, racist, indecent, or pornographic content, what can be requested by an apply at the Owner/Leader or Co-Leader. Accordingly, your Channel are allowed to include i.a. a maximum of 100 subscribers or followers, and don't contain ad-banners or donate links. The Youtube or Twitch Role requires the "Member" Role.

The Main Rules, and their possible consequences for non-compliance:

Our Server Rules apply equally to every User!
If you notice another user who violates one or more Server Rules, we ask that you report the violation to the Administration Team immediately, by reporting the violation in the channel: #user-report-en, stating the nickname and the @username of the user to be reported. Attention! Double Reports or false Reports are Strictly Prohibited and will be Severely Punished! Each user on our Discord Server is responsible for his own act (verbal/written). We assume no liability for the acts (verbal/written) of the user!

Law and Youth Protection Notice:

In general, every user is obliged to ensure that topics of conversation (verbal/written) with sexual, pornographic and/or violent content in the public channels are avoided! law breakers content such as e.g. Content with religious and faith, as well as political mass hysteria, or religious or belief, as well as political-related incitement. And/or religious or belief, as well as politically extreme glorification and/or recommending and promoting a certain religion or a certain belief, or an extreme way of life, or attitude to life as well as a certain policy, or content that violates German law on our server are prohibited ! Please also note that there are also minors (persons under the age of 18) on our server. Topics that are permitted by law, but have been classified as a risk to the protection of minors, are to be conducted exclusively with the exclusion of minors and in a private, VIP, or 18+/ NSFW-Channel. If the suspicion of a violation of this rule, the law or the youth protection law in any way is confirmed, the user will be permanently banned from the server!

Furthermore, we inform that if we suspect particularly bad cases of violations of the law or the protection of minors, we will report the user to Discord Inc. and, if necessary, involve the law enforcement authorities.

1. Persons under 14 years of age generally have no permit to stay on our Server!

Furthermore, the country-specific digital legal age of the user must be reached, which can be viewed at: https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/articles/360040724612 .

After connecting to our server, the user must first enter his age in #first-age-check Channel. (If an Age verification via google form is required, you will be banned!)- Permanently Ban!

1.1 We prefer active users on our Server. It must be ensured that the User-Status is set mostly to "Visible"!- Server Kick!

2. The use of Nicknames or Usernames that are identical or similar to other users on the Server is Prohibited!- Server Kick/Permanently Ban!

3. The use of any Kind like Insulting/Discriminating, or Racist remarks in Nicknames or Usernames, and to use inappropriate Nicknames or Usernames is Prohibited! Please use a Normal Nickname or Username!- Server Kick!

4. User Profile: Setting Avatar images (including animated Avatar images) is permitted with restrictions. Setting a profile description is also permitted with restrictions.

However, the avatar pictures and the profile description must not contain any insults, discrimination, or racist or pornographic content, or ads content and links!- Permanent ban!

5. Each "Member" and "VIP" as well "Stammi/Habitue" may lose his role among other things, like who is offline for to long time. (More than 2 Days in one Week, exept for prior arrangement with an Admin) Every "Member" and "VIP" should be Online Minimum 2-3 Hours on 5 Days in Week on our Server! Users with the Rank of: "Stammi/Habitue" should be Above Average time Online!- Demotion to the Role "Everyone"!

6. To use (verbal/written) all kind of Insulting, Discrimination, Racist remarks, inappropriate, or Pornographic content, or content for advertising purposes (incl. Screens, Videos) to all other User are Prohibited!- Server Kick/Permanently Ban!

7. Addressing or writing to the admins is generally permitted. However, we prefer to treat each other with respect! An admin is there to ensure law and order on the server! However, an admin is not there to employ a user or to care for their pastime! Accordingly, it is not allowed to consult the admins on the server for issues whose topic is not server-related - Server Kick!

8. Disturbing other Users (e.g. Loud Noise, or Open Mic, To often switching the Voice-Channel "Trolling", spamming, flooding or Similar) is Prohibited!- Muted/Server Kick!

9. Advertising [Links, Postes, Messages, or similar] for other Websites, or other Discord-Server, or to woo away about other Discord Server in any kind is Prohibited!- Permanently Ban!

10. Voice Recordings, or the use of Voice Changer are generally Prohibited! (Except by prior arrangement with the Owner/Leader Sven)- Server Kick!

11. To play Music, or to use a own MusicBot on this Server is Prohibited! (Except by prior arrangement with the Owner/Leader Sven)- Permanently Ban!

12. To discuss with Admins about any measures of the Admins against the users are Forbidden !- Server Kick/Permanently Ban!

13. The inquiry, or the begging of Admin roles or Admin rights is Prohibited!- Permanently Ban!

Privat Channel:
In the Privat Channel are the Server Rules valid!

Private Channels are given exclusively by Owner/Leader Sven!

The application for a Private Channel can be made either by Owner/Leader contact on the Server or by E-Mail Support Ticket. If the private channel has been approved, an additional private voice channel can optionally be assigned by requesting the owner/leader Sven, who can approve and set it up.

Attention! Prerequisite for applying for a Private Channel is the Server Role: "Member".

In case that the User will lose his Role of "Member" The User will also lose his Privat Channel!

Shortly Amendments to these Server-Rules reserves by the Server Management!
